Retreat Bookings & Payments

 

All retreat bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sacred Unfolding. A deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.

 

Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our boutique retreats and advance commitments made for accommodations, meals, and services, cancellation policies apply. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation and refund terms provided before completing their booking.

 

Retreat Experience
Sacred Unfolding retreats are designed to support wellness, mindful movement, relaxation, and personal growth. Activities such as yoga, Pilates-inspired movement, and wellness practices are optional, and guests are responsible for participating within their own comfort level.

 

Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for informing Sacred Unfolding of any health concerns, injuries, dietary requirements, or special needs before arrival. Guests should consult with a healthcare professional before participating in retreat activities if they have any medical concerns.

 

Travel Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation, airfare, travel documents, insurance, and any additional personal expenses not included in the retreat package. Sacred Unfolding recommends obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

 

Alcohol-Free Retreat Environment
Sacred Unfolding is intentionally designed as an alcohol-free wellness retreat to support a peaceful, mindful, and restorative environment for all guests. By creating a space free from alcohol, we encourage deeper connection, presence, relaxation, and full engagement with the retreat experience.
