At Sacred Unfolding, we carefully prepare each retreat experience in advance, including accommodations, meals, activities, and services. Because spaces are limited and commitments are made on behalf of our guests, the following cancellation policy applies.

 

Deposit & Payment Schedule
A deposit is required to reserve your place at the retreat. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Remaining payments must be completed according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

 

Guest Cancellations
If you need to cancel your retreat booking, please notify Sacred Unfolding as soon as possible. Deposits and payments may be non-refundable due to advance commitments made for accommodations, vendors, and retreat planning.

 

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, medical coverage, and lost luggage protection. Sacred Unfolding is not responsible for costs related to travel disruptions, illness, personal emergencies, or circumstances outside of our control.

 

Changes or Cancellation by Sacred Unfolding
Sacred Unfolding reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, activities, accommodations, or services when necessary to ensure the best possible experience for guests. In the unlikely event that Sacred Unfolding must cancel a retreat, guests will be notified and provided with available options.

 

Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another guest, subject to approval by Sacred Unfolding and any applicable requirements.
